+ Would I get treated for a full treatment duration?

We try our best to accommodate you as much as possible. However, consultation time is included in the treatment duration as it is crucial component in obtaining the best result possible.

+ I can't find a booking time that suits me

We have a waiting list, that allows you to pick and a date and time suitable for you. If there are any cancelations that fit your requested time, we will be in contact with you. Just fill out the information required at the bottom of our Book Now tab.

+ What should I expect for my first treatment?

When you come for a massage, you will need to complete a massage consultation form. If you can recall your past 3 years of medical history that information will help to design the treatment that best suits you. All you need to do is try to stay relaxed while you recieve a tailored treatment just for you.

I am a accredited remedial massage therapist and will work with you to find the treatment that will work best for you. But if you are struggling to figure out what time duration to book, please feel free to reach out.

+ Do I have to be completely undressed?

Massage is done where its comfortable for both client and therapist. For full body massage, botton underwear is to be kept on and you should be properly covered with a sheet or towel. If you are only getting an upper part of the body massaged, you can keep your bottom clothes on but just make sure to unbutton the pants/belt/skirt to keep blood circulating.

**+ Is strong pressure always good? **

The answer is no, not always. Especially if you want the results of the treatment to last longer. Pressure does not necessarily define the quality of treatment or provide better results. There is belief that in order for remedial massage to work, it has to be strong and painful. Trust me, I was one of those believers. When the pain occurs pressure has to be applied at the very controlled rate as to keep muscle resistance as low as possible. If muscles contract due to painful pressure, resistance can cause bruising or distrupt muscles which is not our definition of therapeutic treatment.

+ How often should I get a massage?

There’s no definitive number, and across the globe agree - making a habit of getting a massage regularly has stronger, longer-lasting, stress-busting benefits. No one knows your body and mind better than you do. It is an investment for yourself. So how often would you’d like to get back on the massage table a year.

But here is my thought based on observing others recovery over decades. If you are experiencing on going pain, I highly recommend to consider a consecutive treatment weekly as I found it most beneficial for result and it ends up cost-effective. And as we progress we could set those appointment apart.

So my question is, how would you like to invest on yourself? :)

Hypnotherapy
— A guided journey to find core issues to understand and become free from it.

+ How does it work?

Hypnotherapy helps uncover the root cause of unhelpful beliefs, behaviours, or emotional patterns—often formed during earlier stages of life. By entering a relaxed, focused state (hypnosis), the subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive, allowing for meaningful insight and deep change.

This process draws on the science of neuroplasticity, the brain’s natural ability to form new neural connections. By gently guiding the mind to release outdated beliefs and establish healthier patterns, long-lasting transformation becomes possible.

+How does hypnotherapy create change?

True breakthroughs happen not by treating surface-level symptoms but by understanding and resolving the origin of the issue. Hypnotherapy is especially effective because it works at the subconscious level, where many of our core beliefs, emotional associations, and automatic responses are stored.

Once the root cause is brought to light, the subconscious mind can be rewired with new suggestions that support healing, confidence, and wellbeing. This allows lasting change to occur—emotionally, mentally, and even physically.

+What’s the difference between hypnotherapy and NLP?

While Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) teaches ways to better understand and influence the mind, hypnotherapy takes it a step deeper. Hypnosis allows us to access the subconscious mind more directly, making it easier to explore the origin of a problem, reframe unhelpful narratives, and install empowering beliefs.

Rather than only working with conscious thought patterns, hypnotherapy focuses on transformation from the beginning at the deepest level.

+Can hypnotherapy support physical health and long-term habits?

Absolutely. The mind and body are intimately connected. Hypnotherapy can tap into the body’s natural healing intelligence by reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and reprogramming beliefs that influence physical and emotional wellbeing.

Thanks to neuroplasticity, we know the brain is always changing. With the right guidance and tools, you can create new patterns that support better habits, improved health, and a more empowered life.
