What is scar tissue release therapy?
Scar tissue is a result of your body’s natural healing process to injury or trauma, this process occurs under the skin as well as on the skin’s surface. The massage uses gentle pressure applied to the area to help free the restrictions in the scar. Besides the physical appearance of the scar, there are physical aspects of your body which might be affected.
Scars can often cause:
- Restrictions in fascia 
- Reduction in blood and lymph flow due to tension from the scar
